ICS Graduation

THIS SATURDAY, June 6, come celebrate our graduating students at 12 pm at ICS with a celebration to follow at the Islesboro Community Center.

Say goodbye to our teachers

Come to the end of year celebration on Sunday, June 7 from 1 – 4 pm to share our good wishes with the ICS staff that are moving on – the entire school community, friends, and family are all welcome. Catered hors d’oeuvres and buffet from the Island Market. Please follow signs for where to park.

Junior Class Auction

On Saturday, June 13, bring your generous spirit (and wallet) to the annual Junior Class Auction at Islesboro Central School. Doors open at 4:30 and live auction begins at 6 pm. Be on the lookout for booklets at the stores and post office of the amazing items that will be in the silent and live auction.

Meet Katie Truesdale, our finalist candidate for ICS Principal

On Tuesday, June 16 from 12 – 1 pm, parents and community members can join the ICS Principal Search Committee to meet our finalist, Katie Truesdale. Get to know her a bit, ask questions, and help her get to know our island community.

If current or graduating students are interested in meeting Katie, please also come to the library that same day from 11:30 – 12 pm to have a separate chat about the school and your experiences! Even though school will have ended for all the day before, we hope you’ll do a stop in to say hi!

PTCA support of ICS Prom

Haley Gale-Currie was the ICS mastermind and planner extraordinaire behind the ICS Prom this year. Our PTCA helped to supply some drinks and snacks for the prom-goers and worked with Haley to put the finishing touches on the decorations.
